The items are warranted for up to two years.

The warranty for the goods is provided by the manufacturer’s warranty.

In case the product has fallen into disrepair through no fault of your own, and the warranty has not yet expired – you can replace it with a new one. It is also possible to repair it for us or refund the money paid when buying this product. The procedure of return and exchange of goods on complaint is carried out in our stores. You can also send us by courier (attaching the complaint application and documents confirming the purchase in our store) to Žemaites g. 22, LT-03201, Vilnius.

Please note that the warranty on car parts is valid only in the case of providing a document on the work performed by an authorized service station. Otherwise, the store’s administration will decide on claims.

According to mutual agreement goods under warranty claims (in some cases) can be repaired. The repair can be carried out by the warranty centers of the goods manufacturers. The administration directly takes care of this issue.

Uninstalled or unused items are subject to replacement or return in the presence of the original packaging, as well as a document confirming the purchase in our store. Acceptance of goods is carried out in our store or (necessarily the presence of a sales receipt or invoice and an application to the administration) sent by courier to our address. In the latter case, all shipping and delivery costs are paid by the buyer.

Please note that in the vast majority of electric and electronic auto goods are not exchanged and are not accepted back. The administration of the store is not responsible for the discrepancy between the appearance of the size and packaging of the sold goods with the information posted on our website.
